Responsible for defining the H&S strategic priorities, objectives, and targets in Worldwide Danone Waters (Europe & ME ,Asia ,Central & South Am.): Providing leadership and technical support to the implementation of the Danone H&S strategic priorities in all functions of the division Ensuring that H&S programs are properly implemented in Country Business Units.. Providing guidance, coaching and orientation to the leadership team and local H&S on programs and initiatives. Ensuring effective implementation of Health & Safety Management Systems Participating in local root cause analyses, H&S cross audits, Communicating with functional leadership team to get their support, involvement and endorsement to the H&S programs and initiatives. Develop/adapting standards, guidance materials and trainings to support the implementation of the H&S strategy. Reporting progress to the leadership, using appropriate performance indicators and management review processes. Advising on Capex with respect to H&S projects

Technical Manager Dairy factory 300 people -200.000 T/Y -Bailleul (59) Definition and roll out of maintenance road map. Handle operating budget (2M€): Implementing CMMS by integrating all maintenance activities and performance indicators (Danone Manufacturing Way) Roll out 5S workshop and lean manufacturing management for maintenance. Implementation of TPM program in packaging workshop: Reliability of production equipment (Operation efficiency increase from 65 % to 81 % & losses reduction from 6 à 3 kg/ton in 5 years) Setting and rolling out of Industrial Master Plan. Handling investments portfolio (CAPEX 3 à 5 M€/year). Modernization of process and packaging equipment plan within strategic pack innovation project for dairy division (17 M€) Increase of yogurt process capacity and implementation of a new packaging line (5 M€)
