Selecta is the European Leader on Vending Machines. With more than 25 000 automatized vending machines in France, the technical support is a key point of the company life. As Technical Support Manager on Innovation, IoT and Cashless Payment, I provide support to technical teams by providing new innovative solutions to enhance their activities. Based on my experience on industry 4.0, I am in charge of bringing new technologies to Selecta vending machines. My Main activities: o Technical area - Cashless Payment Terminal NFC (over 5000 terminals in charge) - Planning and supervising new payment terminal installation - Monitor terminal failures and put back online - Software Update campaign management - Telemetry and Internet of Things (IoT) (10 000 machines connected) - Ensure connectivity of telemetry systems (GPRS / 3G / Wifi) - Identification of vending machine failures through data collected - Default characterization - IT tools - Databases creation and management (SQL Server) - ETL tool deployment (Talend) - Development of a monitoring tool to identify failures on machines and automatically plan technicians’ intervention - Data analysis and visualization with Tableau Software - ERP (Infor M3) data integration o Management area - Process reengineering on technical support considering IoT and telemetry tools - Change management with technician teams on new tool usages - Training design and management for 200 technicians on IoT and Cashless technology - Support to operational teams on Cashless terminal issues - Organization of taskforces on IoT or Cashless Terminal issues over 10 regional agencies through France. - Coordinate providers on installations, on tool development and on business issues
Working on the innovation project "Connect" leaded by Air Liquide to invent the factory of the future, Industry 4.0. This project's ambition is to implement a remote operation center and to develop new digital technologies like internet of things (IoT), drones, tablets, virtual reality, Big Data, predictive maintenance, connected glasses in collaboration with french start-up in an open innovation mode. All Air Liquide industrial sites in France are concerned. In close collaboration with the Project Director, my tasks were : - Management - Project structuring and management - Team Coaching and training in Project Management (~70 persons) - Budget, Planning, risk management (20M€ and 25 sub-projects) - Follow-up of all the projects - Ensuring the coordination with the different Air Liquide departments and entities - Change management - Implementation of collaborative way of working and tools (Google GSuite, Smartsheet) - Capitalization of new way of working and new technologies deployed in order to extend them in the group - Setup of visual management methodology - Technical and innovation - Factory automatization support - Solution Benchmark
