Below is a snapshot of key missions: Growth Support - • Supported Product launch by creating sales collaterals and gathering direct end-consumer feedback • Owned B2B Food Service channel end-to-end, from strategy to execution, creating sales assets, leading customer meetings, and managing stakeholders and reporting. • Delivering competitor review and market report to inform commercial prioritization, guide product positioning and support leadership decision-making. General Management support - • Presented and pitched the company at industry events and panel discussions, increasing visibility and supporting partnership efforts. • Created the company’s corporate presentation for external use, aligning messaging across all stakeholders and improving consistency in presentations. IT ownership – • Implemented a password management system and onboarded teams to improve credential security and simplify access to sensitive company data. AI ownership - • Led company-wide AI tool rollouts and employee enablement, accelerating productivity and decision-making while ensuring GDPR compliance in partnership with Legal. Project Management Office – • Steered strategic projects, collaborating with C-level stakeholders to achieve first turnover milestone. • Steering the project to execute the first phase of our 1st production facility involving technical, stakeholder and funding challenge. Human Resources Support - • Implemented an HR tool and trained employees to streamline HR workflows and enhance employee experience. Fundraising support – • Involved in Series A fundraising, offering strategic support to the CEO, crafting the Pitch Deck, and managing the Data Room • Assisted with investor calls and due diligence, ensuring accurate responses across Finance, Tech, Business, and fundraising
