A lifelong passion for flight has guided me from aerospace engineering and flight-testing to leading Airbus today. What matters most to me are the values that shape our industry’s future: safety, responsibility in how we innovate, humility in how we lead, and trust in the people who make it all possible.
I think that aviation and space are about more than technology: they are about connecting people and enabling the development of societies.
