• Analyser les besoins des clients et des prospects en collaboration avec les commerciaux • Valider le travail des dessinateurs, des commerciaux et des personnes en charge de la fabrication à l’atelier • Assurer que les installations produites respectent les normes de sécurité • Réaliser des plans d’ensemble (en collaboration avec l’engineering) • Rédiger les plans et les dossiers de fabrication de toutes les pièces à fabriquer, en ce y compris les dessins 3D pour le catalogue technique • Rédiger les plans de montage • Analyser les risques et rédiger un plan d’intervention pour les montages • Mettre à jour les plans actuels des pièces à fabriquer • Développer de nouveaux articles • Mettre en conformité les articles existants • Réaliser les études de stabilité pour les produits de stockage • Calculer les tableaux de charges • Exécuter les tests nécessaires afin de répondre aux normes en vigueur
Under the global supervision of the operational section team leader, the missions of the program manager are to contribute to the follow up of the public policies and expenses in the field of infrastructure (mainly water and energy supply, transport, sanitation often in rural environment) and the management of the European Union help in collaboration with other partners
Technical expert in mechanic for special vehicles (rail road systems, recovery trucks, mobile workshop trucks...) I am the link between the team in charge of the purchase of new vehicles and the maintenance team in order to support the project manager to choose maintainable, durable and usable vehicles. I also provide help on a daily basis to the workshop in order to improve its functioning.
As the cabs an enclosure Design engineer, my missions are • To collaborate with the cabs and enclosure design control of Medium and Large hydraulic excavators (emission of new drawings and modifications of existing ones) • To participate to the world-wide technical discussions with design control and manufacturing engineers (Japan, Europe and United States) about current and future designs. • Work with the part suppliers to improve parts quality, manufacturability, cost, • Be the contact points for Europe for manufacturing engineers and customers to analyze and find quick and robust solutions to the problems that may appear, (assemblability, early failures) to ensure quality of Cat products. • Develop new technical solutions with the design control to find and implement new solutions to reduce cost and enhance quality.
