▪ Ensure financial data integrity across systems (SAP ECC, SAP BW, OneStream) in 12 countries and 14 legal entities in LATAM, securing traceability, compliance, and production stability end to end. ▪ Manage a direct report and a BW development squad, translating Finance needs into clear technical requirements and minimizing process-to-technology rework. ▪ Drive go-lives of new OneStream transformation rules and SAP BW hierarchies (3 delivered), ensuring consistent integration and formal sign-offs across countries. ▪ Coordinated the implementation of 21 new conversion measures (BME and Intercompany) and 13 measures (CNIS), with end-to-end configuration in SAP BW and OneStream to support regional consolidation and reporting. ▪ Maintain LATAM-wide Transformation Rules governance with a prioritized backlog, SLAs, RCA, and root-cause documentation, accelerating incident and problem management. ▪ Design source-to-target controls and closing validations (go/no-go criteria, impact testing, pre-production checks), strengthening data integrity and release predictability. ▪ Build team capability through technical training, mentoring, and scalable automations replicable across regions.
