Guido is a core member of the firm’s Global Private Equity Practice, where he primarily advises on C-level and board-level appointments for portfolio companies. His work is characterized by a deep understanding of leadership requirements in dynamic, high-growth, and change-driven environments. He holds an MBA from ESCP Business School and a Master of Science (MSc) from the University of Göttingen. Guido is a native German speaker and is fluent in English and Spanish.
