I am the Division Manager for the Meditec division at steute Technologies GmbH & Co. KG, the premier global provider of Certified User Interfaces for the medical and surgical equipment industry. In this role, I am responsible for the global strategic direction of the Meditec business unit. With a background as a Certified Mechanical Engineer, I began my journey with steute in 2001 as a Technical Sales Engineer. Over the years, I have taken on various roles, including Product Manager for Meditec and Sales Director in China, before stepping into my current position as Division Manager. I have in-depth knowledge of the global technical and regulatory requirements for medical-grade hand and footswitches, paired with strong business acumen and a passion for innovation in the medical device market. I maintain regular dialogue with our customers and prospective clients, and I actively participate in medical technology conferences and industry events. My strategic and technical expertise is complemented by a strong set of interpersonal skills, developed through years of working with colleagues and customers across the globe. I am known for being positive, reliable, and persuasive—and those who work with me often describe me as motivational and inspiring.
