The goal of my work is to provide the end user, commissioned by the head of the business process, an information system that helps to easily and quickly carry out tasks. The usability and the definition of the best work process is the goal to be reached in order to make the work of the people the quickest, productive and easy as possible. Also part of the training to staff on new SW is a fundamental element to consider and plan, this task is a part of my job that gives me great satisfaction
