As a business development and go-to-market leader with over two decades in pharmaceuticals, healthcare AI, and life sciences, I have built and scaled enterprise AI platforms, data platforms, and digital diagnostics businesses from concept through global commercial adoption. My expertise spans platform commercialization, AI strategy, regulatory affairs, and ecosystem orchestration, combined with full P&L ownership and executive leadership in regulated MedTech and biopharma environments. At Bayer Pharmaceuticals as Vice President and Head of the Center of Excellence for Imaging, Data and AI Research, I co-led the definition and execution of the enterprise AI strategy across R&D, Clinical Development, and Commercial functions. I founded and scaled the Bayer AI Innovation Platform as a global execution engine for agentic AI and ML workflows and enterprise data platforms. I built and governed a global partnership ecosystem spanning hyperscalers, hospital networks, and AI startups, serving as primary executive liaison to frontier AI partners and identifying high-impact integration points for generative AI across R&D and commercial workflows. I mobilized a top-tier innovation consortium securing selection for the ARPA-H INDEX program, positioning the organization at the forefront of AI-enabled biomedical innovation. As Vice President and Head of Digital Diagnostics, I held full P&L accountability for a global digital diagnostics software and service portfolio, driving enterprise adoption across more than a thousand customer deployments. I rebuilt and scaled Centafore into a revenue-generating medical imaging core lab and CRO services provider. I co-developed, launched, and scaled Calantic Digital Solutions, a global AI marketplace for radiology and imaging. I led the global scale-up of Radimetrics, an enterprise-grade analytics platform embedded in mission-critical, regulated clinical workflows. My approach combines go-to-market execution, commercial strategy, and regulatory expertise across GxP, SaMD, and FDA engagement with strategic partnerships and alliance management.
