Product manager of HLA and CFTR products
As Customer Support Manager, I provide an optimal service level to Italian customers, either personally or through the coordination of the product specialists team. Provide support services through adequate training, quick solutions to complaints, constant follow-up, collaborating during the phases of pre-acquisition of the customer, of training and supervision; actively participate in maintain/increase the degree of customer satisfaction, making a decisive contribution to the achievement of sales objectives. Coordinate and supervise the activities of product specialists throughout Italy Ensure the proper functioning of the computer system of the Italian affiliate through direct interventions or by coordinating the activities of suppliers and/or Fujirebio N.V.. Cooperate with Customer Support Director to manage the instrumentations in terms of forecasting and checking. I follow the complete cycle of the instruments that we provide to our customers: purchase, shipment (also creating the delivery note on SAP), installation, training and, at the end of the supply, withdrawal and scrap. I'm also the IT responsible for the Italian Affiliate. For this role I ensure the proper functioning of the computer system. In particular • Provide direct solutions of some types of problems of hardware/ software to colleagues throughout the company • IT reference for the italian affiliate employees and coordination of specific activities with external consultant and/or with Fujirebio N.V. for local interventions • Directly work with Fujirebio N.V. for solving network problems • Select/manage local IT consultants • Organize repair interventions by the suppliers
