Fratelli Cosulich is a diversified multinational Group, started in 1857 as a shipowner and today operates out of 15 countries. Main activities include bunker trading/ physical supply, ship owning, ship management, ship agency and yacht services, freight-forwarding, steel-products manufacturing & trading. In charge of the Singapore operations which include a fleet of bunker tankers for the supply of fuel oil to ocean going vessels. Set up a new business division focusing on services for mega yachts.

Direct responsibility for the Technical, Quality, Project management and Production departments, as well as the factory organization and the supervision of the production line. Responsible for around 70 people as workforce and 20 people as employees. Direct team work with purchasing and finance department within the activities to drive and accomplish all the projects’ milestones and the projects’ profitability. Among the experienced duties also: business and action plan for company’s expansion in terms of people and production facilities; human resource in the daily activity and also to face problematic events like downsizing and workforce claims.
