Management and supervision of different customer projects, i.a. for comprehensive release upgrades and hardware changeover. Solution oriented co-ordination of processes and activities in corporate projects with partner companies. Design, organization and implementation of project plans and co-operation with development management and product management regarding the implementation of product requirements. Preparation of offers and invoices including partner company and supplier efforts including support of sales in acquiring new projects.
Personnel responsibility for three teams with 16 software developers (disciplinary and functionally) resulting in successful implementation of customer and market requests. Establishing a new, internationalized cross-platform version of the software and further development of the product portfolios IdM. Solution oriented adjustment of development targets and interfaces with customers and partner companies resulting in target-oriented advancement of customer focus of the development teams. Product realization on time, in line with budget and with high quality. Maintained quality standards according to ISO9001.
Strategic planning of development targets, co-ordination, organization and controlling of approval processes resulting in professionalizing of processes and establishing a market-orientated product management approach. Responsible for the product management of classic document output products, identification of relevant market and competition indicators. Co-ordination and fulfillment of Product Boards with development management, Presales and Sales, develoment of product and company presentations during Guides, user conferences and vendor exhibitions.
