Drive the sales and marketing of Red Bull in the On Premise accounts in North West Italy together with my team of LOPMs and Musketeers. The ROPM will train, coach, develop and assess the Musketeers to secure a high performing team. The ROPM will develop the brand image in the on premise, secure excellent/efficient area coverage by the Musketeers and continuously improve the return on investments for Red Bull.
The Field Marketing Manager is the responsible of the definition and construction of the regional marketing plans of his area. Based on the Red Bull marketing mix strategy ensuring and supervising the alignment with the sales departments and the different national specialists in Culture, Sports , Media Networks and Brand maintaining the correct Bottom Up and Top Down process. The Field Marketing Manager must give support to the Field Marketing Specialists in their professional development coaching them in their daily tasks as an Area Marketing Manager. * Management Manage and develop the team with the Red Bull philosophy. Coaching his reports to ensure the correct development of their careers and giving them support in the same way to develop the Student Marketeers. * Strategy Ensure that the FMSs are developing the correct regional strategies align with the Global and National strategies through the Red Bull Marketing Mix align with the regional Sales Managers. Maintain the correct work flow with the Top Down & Bottom Up process. * Analysis Be able to draw the big picture of the area to create a strong insight for the FMS and Sales Departments, and on the other hand be able to build the correct Bottom Up for National Specialists. In terms of Top Dow, the FMM have to "land" the national & global insights in each area. * Talent Development Ensure with the Consumer Collecting Manager the correct manage of the Student Marketeers as the main Talent source of the company and of course, the development of the FMSs.
Responsible of Field Marketing activities North East Italy; I coordinate the Wings Team Members in my region for the Consumer Collecting Program; I coordinate Student Brand Managers in my region for the Consumer Collecting Program; Main Projects: Red Bull Discesa Libera - Project Leader Activation in 2018 of two events on the territory, in Cortina and in Val D'Ultimo, with the participation of two of our Olympic athletes (Sofia Goggia and Dominik Paris) as flag bearer and representatives of the two ski resorts. My task is to coordinate the perfect execution of the events, coordinate the collaborators involved, supervise the regulation of events, communication and security; management of the resources necessary to activate the event, be they economic or human. Alps Hockey League Sponsorship by Red Bull - Project Leader I'm responsible for Red Bull's sponsorship of the Alps Hockey League (AHL). My job is to communicate the functionality of our products to the public, and to the athletes, of this sport. To get the maximum result from the operation I maintain direct relations with the Italian Ice Hockey League and also directly with the teams of the championship. I coordinate the trial activity of our products during the games and training sessions, I supervise the digital-communication side of the teams related to our products, I activate collateral events at the same championship and I also supervise the Sell-Out of the stadiums involved in AHL, through the management of a resource on the territory with dedicated BDG. Red Bull Can You Make It 2018 I am responsible of the Check Point Activation in the city of Verona; my task to find right location, right challenge for partecipants and manage all the resources necessary to attend our objectives.
After having achieved the I Dan of Karate (American Go-Ju), Kick Boxing and Personal Defense with A.G.K.A.I. in 2008 I taught Martial Arts at the Dojo that once saw me as a student. The courses were aimed at adults, children and female self-defense. In 2010 I obtained the II Dan at the same institution, and in 2011 after playing the Italian WTKA championship of Kick Boxing, I graduated ITA Champion for the Light Contact -71 Kg category and Vice ITA Champion for the Low Kick Light Contact category - 71 kg. In November 2013 I finally abandoned my sports career to devote myself to work in the field of Beverage with Red Bull.
