- Manage and lead R&D projects, including the development of new products, formulations, and processes. - Collaborate with the R&D team to conceptualize, plan, and execute experiments for innovation and product improvement. - Supervise and mentor R&D and QC staff, providing training and technical guidance to enhance team performance. - Implement best practices for R&D and QC workflows to ensure timely project execution and delivery. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement. - Ensure proper documentation of R&D and QC processes in line with regulatory and internal requirements. - Experience in overseas travel to oversee the development of our partner plant and explore the local market.
- Design and execute experiments to develop new chemical formulations, products, or processes. - Improve existing formulations to enhance performance, reduce costs, or meet regulatory requirements. - Explore and evaluate alternative raw materials and innovative technologies. - Prepare detailed reports on research findings, methodologies, and conclusions. - Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure proper documentation of test results. - Work closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve R&D goals. - Occasionally perform QC tests to ensure the quality and consistency of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
