As a Project Manager at CS GROUP, I currently oversee a critical portfolio of national and European software engineering projects dedicated to maintaining our leading position in the CUAS market. My primary focus is bridging technical complexity with client success, driving high-quality product improvement, and ensuring rigorous adherence to international standards. My 25-year career journey, which began with a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, has equipped me with expertise across the full software lifecycle: planning, validation, integration, and deployment. Crucially, my background includes substantial leadership roles, notably serving as the Head of a 70+ person department. This experience solidified my ability to manage large, complex teams, steer outsourced operations, and successfully deliver projects to international clients across critical infrastructure domains, including Air Traffic Control (ATC), Tolling, and Defence. I am driven by collaboration and a relentless focus on operational excellence. I value innovation and strive to leverage new skills and technologies to achieve measurable improvements in performance and efficiency. I aim to actively contribute to the strategic growth of CS GROUP by keeping our products superior and securing our leading market position in CUAS.
I am currently leading several national projects aimed at delivering the best Counter-UAS (CUAS) solutions to secure critical national assets. Simultaneously, I am the Project Manager for a key European CUAS initiative (the EDF project), with the ambitious goal of designing, building, and testing the future European solution. My core mission is to meticulously organize and monitor all project phases, ensuring requirements are met on time and within budget. Above all, I am focused on building the strongest teams possible. I firmly believe that exceptional teams are the only true guarantee of project success and are essential for earning the full confidence of our clients and partners.
