- Developed self-aligned angle deposition technique in two-components nanostructures fabrication to resolve multi-level lithography alignment problem. - Designed properties-modulated magnetic nanostructures to achieve better control of magnetization states in application of magnetic memory, logic and magnonic devices. - Mentored M. Developed heterogeneous catalyst to directly synthesize hydrogen peroxide from oxygen and hydrogen gas to be used as an alternative industrial production method.
