Lead a global team of Lead Management Specialists across China, India, Canada, and Europe. Onboard, coach, and mentor team members to achieve lead conversion goals. Act as a key contact for lead generation process inquiries and concerns. Provide expert guidance to team members and stakeholders. Monitor and validate daily processing of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). Oversee weekly activity metrics and perform regular audits and reports. • Ownership of the lead until it is disqualified or qualified to an opportunity • Research on all incoming leads and processing based on the Decision Tree • Engage with prospects through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, Wechat and Telegram. • Document details regarding customer communication, perform data matching within the CRM and monitor data for errors and issues. • Systematic follow-up of the leads within the designated time frame • Work closely with the Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and be a liaison to Sales Team, especially as it relates to generating sales qualified leads. • Convert SQLs by following up on inbound leads • Contribute to Lead Management Team KPI’s • Identify and prospect for new customers, e.g. cold calling campaigns • Partner with marketing communications, product marketing, and sales for training and business objectives to effectively serve prospects and customers • Report on the SQL leads during Lead Management Meetings • Nurture leads and contacts at various stages of their journey • Nurture disqualified leads based on their scoring. • Prepare for and attend all department meetings, team meetings, and training sessions to increase knowledge, skills and contribute to revenue growth • Attend and influence potential customers at vertical specific trade shows, events, conferences, as required
