Sâde Gryffin, Ph.D., was born and raised in Wales and currently lives and works on the ancestral lands of the Southern Pomo and Coast Miwok peoples (Sonoma County, Northern California.) Sâde identifies as Queer and Trans and is a Psychic Energy Healer, Teacher, and Artist. His Energy Healing practice and teaching are deeply rooted in his research and study of the earth-honoring traditions of his ancestral homeland of Wales. He brings a bold and pragmatic sensibility to his work through a unique combination of psychic lineage, his former career as a seasoned arts professor, and decades of experience in the healing arts. He has helped thousands of people connect to their innate subtle wisdom and taught at numerous venues in the Bay Area, including The California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). He has been published and interviewed by various outlets, including Queer Spirit podcast. Art Career Sâde's art work has been exhibited, screened and performed internationally, at among other sites: the Oakland Art Gallery - Oakland CA, the Walter and McBean Gallery - San Francisco CA, The National Film Theatre - London, England, The Directors Guild of America - Los Angeles, CA. Select publications of his work are included in the book, 'Acts of Passion, Gender, and Performance' by Haworth Press and in 'Blue' an Australian photography magazine and Faggot Dinasaour by Ali Liebegott. In May 2000 he graduated from the San Francisco Art Institute with a Masters of Fine Art and received the Elizabeth Tuckerman Award for two years consecutively. Sâde's professional teaching experience includes: visiting faculty at The San Francisco Art Institute, Adjunct Professor at the Experimental Performance Institute, Visiting Artist Instructor at Pixar Animation Studios and Bay Area Video Coalition

Sâde leads workshops at many retreats and venues, most notably at the California Institute for Integral Studies in San Francisco, CA.
