Industrial experience since 1991 in Høyanger. Employee at ERAS Metal as between 2005 and 2012, mainly as SHE Manager. Later consulting for ERAS Metal and Nyrstar Høyanger in SHEQ area.SHE Manager at Nyrstar Høyanger from 2013-2015. Teaching in school a couple of years, before testing tech and support with Compilo. Descided to come back to SHE and HR with ODBygg in 2023.
