Norway
I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis at OsloMet – Oslo Metropolitan University, building on a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological Health Work and long experience from leadership, social services, and mental health care. My main academic interest lies in cultural behavior analysis – understanding how reinforcement systems shape social practices, cooperation, and cultural norms across societies. I am particularly curious about how culture evolves through collective behavior, and how behavior science can be used to promote cultural understanding, social wellbeing, and sustainable change. Through more than two decades of professional experience – from management and team leadership to work in psychiatry and developmental services – I have developed a deep respect for human diversity and the role of environment in shaping behavior. My long-term goal is to contribute to research and applied projects that explore cultural contingencies and social learning, both in Norway and internationally.
