I work as a director for strategic growth initiatives at DKV Mobility, building and scaling a data-driven sales organization with more than 20bn in transaction volume annually. My mandate: rewire DKV's commercial engine around the customer and around AI. CLV-based steering, AI-driven Next Best Actions, and systematic upselling across a pan-European customer base (fuel, toll, refund, charging/e-mobility, adjacent mobility services). Prior, I was Chief of Staff to two Executive Board Members at the Otto Group. Most recently for Dr. Marcus Ackermann, where I led several operations and special projects including driving strategic priorities for OTTO.de and managing the group’s VC portfolio reporting directly to the exec board (Project A, Headline, Revent, Norrsken). Before that, I held the same role for Sebastian Klauke where I led the merger between About You and Zalando, worked closely with the central tech org, and ran group-level strategy projects across digital health, brands and logistics. Earlier, I was part of the Otto Groups Corp Dev unit right in the middle of the COVID rollercoaster. Buy-side M&A, market expansion, restructuring, liquidity management, divestments and then back to growth. We basically compressed a full 10-year business cycle into 36 months. Overall, I tend to get dropped into complex, ambiguous situations and try to figure things out quickly. Pre-OG, I spent time in small, fast-moving teams and saw some things that worked quite well and some that didn’t.
