I have been working as a leader more or less since I was 20 years old in different organizations and environments and during the past 19 years as manager within the Volvo Group. My best assets are my engagement, my ability to inspire others and my positive attitude. My ambition is to influence and contribute on a high level to the development of the organization and business where I work. I get energy from making other people deliver their best in order for the group to reach success. I am a quick learner and always strive to simplify complexity. Outside work I like to spend time with my family. Weekends and holidays are spent on Käringön on the Swedish west coast, re I like fishing - mackerel in the summer and lobsters in the autumn. I enjoy cooking and love good food and wine.
