I'm the Managing Principal of LDR Partners, a private, opportunistic real estate investment firm headquartered in Miami Beach. Over a 30+ year career touching well in excess of $1B in transactions across brokerage, institutional, and principal roles, I've worked across the full commercial real estate lifecycle — acquisitions, development, leasing, asset management, financing, and dispositions. At LDR, our team focuses on value creation through single-tenant investments, alongside select multi-tenant opportunities spanning retail, medical, restaurant, office, and residential. We also pursue land acquisitions and joint ventures with developers across other product types, including multi-family and storage — and currently own over 1,000 acres of land across our portfolio. In the last 8 years, we've completed 140 acquisitions totaling ~$335M in aggregate acquisition value across 17 states — frequently purchasing assets vacant at closing, including former bank branches and vacant restaurant and service real estate, and driving returns through repositioning and re-tenanting. In 2024, we completed a 46-property portfolio acquisition from a national financial institution. I bring both institutional discipline and hands-on operator execution to every deal. Prior to LDR, I served as Senior Vice President at The Staubach Company (now JLL) and later as Director at Archon Group (a Goldman Sachs subsidiary), leading acquisitions, development, and tenant relations across the Southeast as part of a global platform. At LDR, I lead capital markets, strategic partnerships, and tenant and banking relationships. I'm always open to connecting with owners, brokers, and capital partners around single-tenant acquisitions, portfolio opportunities, land, and repositioning situations where certainty of execution matters.

As Managing Principal, I lead capital markets, strategic partnerships, and tenant and banking relationships, while remaining hands-on across sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and execution from acquisition through stabilization and disposition.
As Director at Archon Group — a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Goldman Sachs Group and one of the world's largest commercial real estate investment and operating platforms — I led all acquisitions, development, and tenant relations across the Southeastern United States. Archon served as investment manager for the Goldman Sachs-sponsored Whitehall Street Real Estate Funds, among others, managing a global portfolio exceeding $54B across North America, Asia, and Europe, and completing more than 260 portfolio and single-asset transactions across a dozen countries. I operated as a senior member of that global team with direct responsibility for the Southeast region.
I spent eight years as Senior Vice President across the New York City and Boca Raton offices of The Staubach Company — one of the country's premier tenant representation and commercial real estate advisory firms, later acquired by JLL. My client base included national retailers, financial institutions, and developers such as Target, Walgreens, CVS, RBC Bank, Total Wine, Rockefeller Group, Kimco, Opus, and The Sembler Company. During my tenure, I was named a top producer multiple years running, including the #1 producer nationally in fiscal year 2003. While leading the Boca Raton office in the early 2000s, the office posted its three best top-line revenue years in its history dating back to its founding in 1986. I was also among the first professionals companywide to be designated as a Market Leader — a distinction reserved for senior producers driving regional growth.
