The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is a strategic executive role responsible for driving the company's growth and innovation initiatives. This role focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, leveraging marketing, design, and innovation tactics. Responsibilities include managing marketing growth levers as well as looking at where the company should think about investing in to grow for the medium to long term. Initiatives can include product strategy, which regions to enter, alliances and M&A. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth and innovation agenda, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of strategic collaboration and innovation.

I lead the communication design and style of all multimedia collateral that is created for internal, B to B, and B to C visual communications. In addition to guiding a team of employees and contractors with skills and experience related to film production, graphic design, motion graphics, and photography, I often assumed the role of director, producer, animator, writer, lead designer or photographer.
I report directly to the EVP of Worldwide Sales & Marketing leading our multimedia content creation. I take ideas all the way from nothing, or almost nothing, all the way to the final multimedia asset: brand and sizzle videos, documentaries, motion graphics, graphic designs, photography, explainer videos, sound fx and podcasts, and live-streaming events. I work closely with partners/customers/stakeholders and other leads within DAQRI to create stunning content that stays on brand, helps us sell product, and saves us a ton of money in the process. Reporting to DAQRI's Director of Marketing and Communications, I am responsible for creating and managing new media to engage audiences with compelling visual story-telling through design and production of printed and electronic communications including: animation, graphic design, photography and video. Before coming on full-time, my work with DAQRI began as an independent contractor, directing and producing film shoots since May of 2014. Since then, I have directed/produced over 50 unique videos and photo-shoots which are featured throughout DAQRI's website, social media, youtube, and internal communications.
