I led a multidisciplinary sales and marketing services team dedicated to HSBC in the Asia Pacific. This included full P&L management, quarterly growth initiatives, and collaborating with the global team in London. Launched sales team COE's in Singapore and Shanghai for HSBC retail banking. This successfully exceeded all key sales target metrics for HSBC's credit card promotions. This was achieved through innovative mobile location-based sales and marketing programs. As a part of this innovation initiative the company increased it's APAC revenues by over 20% year over year. I was the regional strategic lead as part of a global team that created the HSBC Commercial Banking 'Ideas Exchange' Sales Initiative. This increased awareness and conversion of qualified enterprise sales lead with targets for commercial banking products and services. Overall KPI's were exceeded by over 8% after only 3 months of the fast start sales program running. Over the 12 month course of the initiative over 300M USD was generated in new commercial banking clients attributable to the campaign initiative.
