From 2021 to 2026, I founded and managed a real estate and marketing business in Thailand, overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including client communications, transaction coordination, marketing, website management, SEO content development, and business strategy. Building and operating a business during the COVID-19 period strengthened my adaptability, resilience, and ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously. Prior to this, I was selected by one of Thailand’s largest real estate companies to establish and lead its first regional presence in Hua Hin and the wider Prachuap Khiri Khan province. I was responsible for business development, market expansion, client acquisition, operational oversight, and building long-term relationships with customers and business partners. Earlier in my career, I spent six years in financial services, developing strong foundations in sales management, lead generation, client engagement, and relationship building. In addition to operational leadership, I have experience with WordPress website management, SEO-focused content writing, CRM administration, social media marketing, Google Business Profile management, and AI-assisted content optimisation. Having recently returned to South Africa after many years abroad, I am seeking an opportunity where I can contribute my experience in operations management, customer success, client services, business support, account management, or business development.
