As a certified systemic business coach with additional training in organizational development and change management, I combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. I am passionate about people & culture, leading with clarity, empathy, and a strong belief in strengths-based leadership. Seit 2017 bin ich mit vollem Herzen 24/7 bei Unpaid Care Work 'beschäftigt' und habe mein Aufgabenspektrum in 2020 sogar noch mal um 100% erhöht. Der Workload ist massiv, zumal ehrenamtlich. Glücklicherweise übernimmt mein Co-Head regelmäßig die Vertretung sowie diverse Dienste und Aufgaben. Die Persönlichkeitsentwicklung der vergangenen Jahre - mitunter im Bootcamp Format - ist unbezahlbar. Diesen Job behalte ich - gehe später aber auf Teilzeit ;-)
