Director of Delivery and Associate at BIG – Bjarke Ingels Group, leading complex international architecture projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Based in Copenhagen, I lead complex international building and infrastructure projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, ensuring that ambitious design vision translates into operational clarity, financial alignment, and long-term stakeholder value. My work focuses on large-scale, high-complexity projects, including the new Hamburg State Opera, where I act as Project Director guiding multidisciplinary teams and navigating demanding governance and contractual environments. Alongside project leadership, I serve as Operational Manager for BIG’s Design Technology department, aligning BIM, computational design, visualisation, model fabrication, and AI integration across studios. My focus is on embedding digital innovation into delivery workflows to strengthen project performance, knowledge-sharing, and margin protection within complex global organisations. Since joining BIG in 2017, I have contributed to the development of firmwide delivery systems, including BIG’s Delivery Manual, QA/QC governance frameworks, and resource planning models now implemented across international offices. Beyond practice, I contribute to the profession through lectures, keynote talks, and academic engagement, including my role as Guest Professor in the Global Community Program at Universidad de Monterrey (UDEM). Educated at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and Oxford Brookes University, I bring over 15 years of international experience shaping both the physical and organisational environments that enable architecture to perform at its highest level. • Lead multidisciplinary international teams of up to 80+ architects, engineers, and consultants delivering complex cultural, infrastructure, and mixed-use projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. • Drive commercial negotiations, fee structuring, and delivery governance across multi-jurisdictional project environments. • Develop and implement firmwide QA/QC frameworks and delivery standards across BIG’s international studios. • Align digital delivery tools (BIM, AI, visualization) with organisational workflows to strengthen project performance and margin protection. • Facilitate cross-office strategic alignment between design leadership, project delivery teams, and commercial management. • Contribute to strategic project acquisition, commercial structuring, and delivery leadership on complex international competitions and commissions.
