Coordinate, challenge the budgeting and forecasting process. Evaluate and improve business finance and controlling processes and procedures.
Responsible for initiating,controlling and measuring Change and Strategic Projects across 35 manufacturing plants in Europe & SAF.
Responsible for conversion cost of 2 plants supplying Volvo and 5 plants supplying to Asian Pacific OEM's (Toyota, Nissan, Land Rover and Kia). Supervising, reviewing and presenting profit plan and other forecasts. Responsible for SOX compliance, internal controls and financial statements reporting according to US GAAP. Analysis and recommendation in business cases, capex,... and Ad hoc projects (business cases, ...). Supervising and coaching of 7 finance teams across EMEA
