Finance executive with expertise in commercial real estate investment, development, and asset management across industrial and self-storage sectors. As CFO of Matthew G. Norton Company and its subsidiary, Northwest Building, I help lead one of Puget Sound’s largest privately held commercial real estate firms, overseeing financial strategy, capital planning, and long-term value creation. I work closely with lenders and our operating teams to support continued growth across a diverse portfolio of industrial and self-storage investments. Northwest Building is long-term focused, taking a disciplined approach to generating value through acquisition, development, and management of high-quality, institutional grade assets. Before joining the company, I was a Partner at KPMG, where I had the opportunity to work with a wide range of businesses and leaders across a variety of industries. I worked closely with clients to provide risk-focused audit services as well as advising on complex accounting, financial reporting, risk management, and regulatory matters.
