I really like the challanges because during the problem solving I can learn the most. My pleasure to work with others to find solutions and new ways to approach these challenges. I've worked several years under really big amount of pressure and in circumstences where the time were allways a constraint. There is nothing what a human being cannot learn or solve.
- Assuming responsibility for production planning processes on group level and being responsible for standardization across all production facilities which are located in Mexico, China, Moldova, Austria and Czech Republic; implementing production planning and controlling process standards across the group - Being a subject matter expert for Supply Chain Planning, with the goal of ensuring that as many improvement potentials as possible are identified and implemented, creating training materials and supporting the local Supply Chain improvement activities - Monitoring global and local Supply Chain performance, while maintaining constant communication with local Supply Chain colleagues to identify process, product and service improvement opportunities; being part of establishing KPI/PPI reports to support and track Supply Chain performance, in order to improve Supply Chain and operational excellence - Participating in the implementation of a detailed scheduling tool in our Czech production plant, in order to improve our production scheduling process - Driving and leading continuous improvements of SAP ERP master data and processes, related to Supply Chain topics - As the SAP Global Key user for production planning, my task is to ensure data integrity within the GG group’s SAP ERP system and to support all GG group stakeholders
- Participating in Sales and Operations forecasting and planning procedure - Creating production plans regarding finished goods and semifinished products and raw material purchasing based on the regional sales forecasts, considering the available budget and resources - Releasing these production plans for the Chinese, Hungarian and Czech contract manufacturer production facilities and purchase orders for semifinished products and raw materials - Balancing and allocating finished goods between sales regions including Asia Pacific, Australia, Europe and Americas - Participating in new contract manufacturing partners and suppliers search and evaluation; cooperating with contract manufacturing partners in new product developments and manufacturing feasibility studies - Working together with Sales, Engineering and Marketing departments on special customer requests
- Optimizing the production program based on S&OP regarding the actual and projected costs, the installed production capacities and the availability of resources continously and on demand - Assuming responsibility for the planning and procurement of the Hungarian, Chinese and Brazilian production facilities - Handling special sales requests based on direct customer requirements - Checking and adjusting SAP Material Requirement Planning (MRP) results on daily basis to ensure the most accurate and precise planning process
- Material supply and demand planning in SAP system based on the central S&OP numbers, using these plan numbers to execute the local SAP Material Requirement Planning (MRP) - Working together with Production Procurement team to ensure the suppliers’ commitments and that actual shipments arrive on time - Analysing historic data and trends, using Business Analytics solutions (IBM Cognos) to make our planning and reporting processes more efficient - Initiation and leadership of process optimizing projects
- Leading and controlling a group of 5 technical experts, whose daily work is programming the manufacturing, order and error handling through cooperating with foreign counterparts - Participating in the daily production meetings and presenting team results and measurements, discussing the special tasks with different areas of the production facility - EC focal point, working together with the Engineering department regarding new products, improving manufacturing processes and doing experiments - Taking part in special projects (e.g. developing IBM - Supply Chain Information System, coordinating a cooperation between IBM and University ELTE and BME, SAP development projects)
