Managed a portfolio of change activities (design and execution) to support enterprise-level projects and capability development across the Healius Pathology business units. Delivered diverse projects involving technology, process change, capability uplift and organisational redesign to enhance the pathology service offering for patients and referrers.

Developed and implemented multi-faceted change management approach for the integration of 8 business units onto systems and processes within the acquisition company, and to provide change management services to the ANZ region within a global merger program.
Led the change management stream for a 2-year, $40mil program to drive HR Transformation at Woolworths Limited, a retail company of over 200,000 employees across Australia and New Zealand. The program delivered a full suite of HR and payroll processes through SuccessFactors/ SAP to 26,000 salaried and 170,000 non-salaried employees and the introduction of a tiered service delivery model.
