Independent client-side project manager for building projects. From strategy to handover, I align real estate decisions with business needs and construction site reality. When a company builds or renovates a major facility, the real challenge is rarely technical. It’s about making the right decisions, at the right time, with available information, while protecting the business, the budget, and the people who will use the building. That is where I come in. I act as the client’s representative and trusted advisor, leading construction and renovation projects from start to finish I am fully independent from contractors, suppliers, or service providers. My role is simple: defend your interests, reduce risk, and turn complexity into clear, manageable decisions. What I do for my clients ? • Represent owners and occupiers throughout the entire real estate project lifecycle • Structure and steer projects from early definition to handover • Anticipate issues before they become costly problems • Ensure that time, cost, quality, safety, and operational needs remain aligned My involvement can range from targeted advisory support to full project leadership, depending on your needs. I support private companies and public institutions whose core business is not real estate but who must deliver high-stakes projects such as: • Office buildings (including premium-grade workplaces) • Luxury hotels, leisure and entertainment venues • Cultural buildings (concert halls, theatres, auditoriums) • Broadcast, multimedia and technical facilities • Other types of buildings, complex renovations or greenfield developments What sets me apart ?
