With 6 years of experience as a UX Designer and UX Researcher, I work with companies to understand users through research and leverage the data and insights gotten to design great digital solutions(mobile, web, desktop and virtual reality apps) that achieve business goals, provide best experiences and solve problems for users. My love for solving problems and understanding people found collective purpose in the field of UX Design which I left programming for. I am in high spirits when I am examining people's experiences, their behaviour and learning of the problems they face. My creative juices begin flowing when I am collaborating with teammates - synthesizing insights, brainstorming ideas and exploring multiple solutions that best solve our users' problems through user journey maps, task analysis, sketching, prototyping, testing and getting feedback from users. I enjoy being involved in the whole process from research to ideation, conceptualization, prototyping and testing, ensuring that we are solving the right problem and building the right solution for the users and business. Constantly iterating and perfecting the solution even after launch.

    - Designing a virtual reality(VR) gaming experience that teaches people how best to interact with autistic children; utilizing Natural Language Processing and following UNICEF's policy guidance on AI for children. - Led the design from concept to completion of 3 virtual reality(VR) modules(in partnership with UNICEF) which improved the quality of learning for junior high school students. - Collaborated with developers, designers, researchers and content writers across 2 countries. - Planned and conducted 8 interviews with teachers to learn about their experiences teaching various topics and leveraged the insights gained to design effective VR learning experiences. - Generated ideas by organizing ideation sessions with team members and turned ideas and insights into sketches, storyboards, mock-ups, UI designs and prototypes. - Conducted 15+ usability tests with over 150 students, identified usability issues and solved them, thereby improving efficiency and effectiveness of the application. - Created curriculum-specific educational content for virtual reality on 3 subjects. - Gave a presentation on 'Designing curriculum specific VR modules' at the Immersive Learning Research Network(iLRN) Conference, 2020. - Created a prototype for a mixed reality concept in Unity using MRTK.
