My career has been built at the crossroads of public service, innovation, entrepreneurship, technology and regional development. I have spent most of my professional life bringing together people, organizations and institutions around complex collective challenges. I am particularly interested in situations where no single actor can succeed alone: transforming public services, strengthening innovation ecosystems, supporting regional development, creating new forms of collaboration, or helping organizations navigate change. My role is often to connect stakeholders, align interests, build trust and help turn ideas into concrete and operational initiatives. Today, I lead DIGI-FR, a joint initiative of the State and municipalities of Fribourg aimed at transforming and harmonizing digital public services across the canton through a shared and collaborative approach. The program serves 119 municipalities and 350,000 residents. Previously, I led the transformation and expansion of Fri Up, helping strengthen Fribourg's innovation ecosystem and entrepreneurial community. Earlier in my career, I held leadership positions in technology, digital business, product development and innovation. Across these different roles, I have remained driven by the same conviction: meaningful progress happens when people and organizations find better ways to work together.
DIGI-FR is a joint initiative of the State and the municipalities of Fribourg aimed at transforming and harmonizing digital public services across the canton through a shared and collaborative approach. I lead the strategic, operational and governance dimensions of the initiative, working at the intersection of municipalities, cantonal authorities, public organizations and technology partners. Beyond the delivery of digital services, DIGI-FR is helping shape new forms of interinstitutional collaboration and shared governance between public authorities. The initiative currently serves 119 municipalities and around 350,000 residents. A significant part of my role consists of aligning stakeholders with different perspectives and priorities, building trust, facilitating collective decision-making and translating a shared vision into concrete initiatives. DIGI-FR also contributes to the long-term evolution of digital government in Fribourg, including the creation of a future municipal digital competence center serving all municipalities of the canton. Areas of focus: • Public sector transformation • Digital government and eGovernment • Institutional collaboration and governance • Cross-municipal coordination • Strategy and program leadership • Organizational and operational transformation
