I discovered something at my last job--that I really value the customer contact of working with client systems. The power of servers and the technical thrill of high-end networking don't give me the same happiness as showing a user that her data is recoverable off her non-booting system. I want to share that joy with a non-profit or NGO or socially-responsible company.
