Role Description: Presenting – based upon findings in research and selection phase – candidates to clients Follows-up on clients’ selection procedures Pro- actively proposing candidates to clients and prospects Executing Client visits for presentation of candidates Detecting commercial opportunities in order to increase market share of Manpower Professional Building long lasting client relationships Recruiting, matching and pool management Actively searching on candidates through adequate recruiting channels Executing in depth selection based upon CV, telephone screening and depth-interview Matching candidates to open positions temporary (project) and/or permanent missions Negotiating wages for contractors and candidates
