Leading the department in charge of the fuselage design of the Airbus Commercial Aircraft platform Perimeter covers structural, mechanical and electrical systems integration. In addition, the role is covering the architecture and integration principle related to fuselage. The scope is covering the specific design, studies, support to production and in-service.
Leading the department in charge of the design related to A/C sections build in Hamburg: Center and Aft Fuselage for SA and Forward and Aft Fuselage for A330 and A350. Work cover the structural design and mechanical and electrical systems integration. In addition, the role is covering the architecture and integration principle related to the scope.
The mission of Cabin Modules & Systems department by Airbus Engineering is to develop, verify, qualify, certify and deliver modules and systems for general cabin equipment’s (curtain header, partitions, emergency equipment, etc), lavatories, floor to floor, galleys, seats & cabin attendant seat. It includes the relevant supplier and technical vendor management, cabin stress authority and communication with key stakeholders. The department is covering all Airbus Commercial Aircraft platforms.
Monitoring of department activities according A380 requirements: Time, Cost, Quality and Performance Implementation and optimization of sub-processes for each equipment (in frame of the FCO process, Finance) Team support for deployment of project management methods (Team of 80 peoples)
Coordinate project management activities between Central Program, Airbus Deutschland and Airbus UK Secure project performance and achievement jointly with technical project leader Establish project budget + monitoring of cost
