Visionary executive leader with 25 years of experience driving transformative client-centric strategies and fostering design-led innovation within global financial institutions and technology giants. I build high-performing teams, cultivate customer-obsessed cultures, and deliver measurable business impact through exceptional digital experiences. Curious by nature, it is perhaps the main reason why I lived in different countries. I took and made mine traits from each culture I interacted with: the simplicity of Finland, the perseverance of South Korea, the directness of the Netherlands, the precision of Switzerland to name a few. I never hesitated to go wherever the challenges were. I am especially attracted to companies where my contribution can have a real impact for our society. I grew into the professional I am today first and foremost because I was blessed to have met great people who inspired me, taught me and challenged me. I am who I am also because I follow certain principles in life and at work. I am known to relentlessly challenge, motivate and help those around me while continuously improving myself. I am comfortable not knowing everything because I have confidence in my ability to learn and adapt. This is for me the cornerstone of my personal path with Design thinking: to discover the truth together. More than a process, it is an attitude that is inclusive, exploratory and disciplined.
