Experience -working as dancer and performer in project that put much stress on research in the line of process of creation -working as choreographer on projects that converged and are still converging to creation/becoming of the game Commoveo (http://commoveo.ops.si) -working as teacher in art college, independent workshops and dance classes in Slovenia, Europe, US, Mongolia. Most of teaching is connected to contemporary dance and physical action. Most of teaching is connected also to performing and less choreographing -working as researcher of physical intelligence. This developed in a training, therapy and massage. The reserach and application of physical intelligence is called Plasma (plazma.ops.si) -working as lecturer in independetly organized and produced lectures mostly connected to contemporary dance, corporeality, movement, connections to other spheres of human knowledge and endeavour -working as producer to stress the importance of deep and inetrtwined connection bewteen producer and artist by running and independent art association for 12 years -worked as clowndoctor Goals -devise a game Commoveo (commoveo.ops.si) -devise a training, therapy and massage on the basis of research of physical intelligence -legitimize game and improvisation as form/tool of creation and as art form -articulate rhizomatic processes in the creation process -develop collective based on superfluid co-operation Specialties: -work in co-operative/joint creation work -agility -quicksilver thinking out of the box -excellent connection ability and gestalt-forming between seemingly non-connectable elements
DISCOllective researches playfulness and “what is” in a role of a dancer, choreographer, performer, clown, teacher, writer, producer, citizen among many; and shares the findings of the mentioned research in formats like performance, dance, play, game, event, choreography, (social) experiment, installation, lecture, workshop, class, publication, (clown) act, video, score, among many.
The organization Nomad Dance Academy Slovenia was established on the principles and experiences of the international network Nomad Dance Academy (NDA), which is active in the Balkans and connected to other countries. The essential vision of NDA is to contribute to the professionalization of contemporary performing arts in Slovenia and the Balkans through a structure which is open and inclusive. The members of NDA Slovenia are involved in the development of artistic projects, production, festival curation, archiving, artistic direction of programs, advocacy, theory, and economy, as well as their intertwining. The following principles inform our working processes: the principle of invitation, the principle of balance, and the principle of open space. The research and application of physical intelligence is mainly devised in Plasma physical intelligence training and in two derrivatives of Plasma physical intelligence training: Plasma massage and Plasma therapy, Physical intelligence is basically ability and readiness to create new movement patterns and swiftly integrate them into the existing net of movement patterns in order to adjust to given situation or/and create new situation. In order to do that one needs is to produce a physical state of the body that will enable one to create necessary or needed new movement patterns.
