Vienna Airport (Flughafen Wien AG) IT consists of two departments. One responsible for infrastructure and operation and one responsible for all applications. I am heading the department responsible for all applications used by or for Vienna Airport. This includes both systems for 'landside' as well as 'airside'. Those applications are managed by six teams reporting to me. Those include: - Aviation Core & Handling (AODB, CDM, Ressourcemgmt., BRS, Cargo, Loadcontrol, ...) - Passanger Systems (CUPS, CUSS, ENS, FIDS, GFA, ...) - Security Systems (AMS, ACM, Video, ...) - Analytics (Analytics, Reporting, Forecast, ...) - Airport City Systems (Advertisement, Parking, Websites/App, Process automation, ...) - Administration & Organisation (SAP, Project Management, Paymentsystems, ...)
As one of three departments within Vienna Airport (Flughafen Wien AG) IT, my teams are responsible for all systems used for airside operations. This includes AODB, Cargo, Analytics, FIDS, CUPS, CUSS, GFA, ACM, AMS, ...)
Teamlead for "Aviation Core" systems. This includes some software devloped by the team (including the AODB, CDM, Messaging System, Weight & Balance, ...) as well as third party software (like the ressourcemanagement system). The team consists of agile development teams and product owner / service owners managing the systems.
