As an Officer for Policy and Cultural Affairs at the Austrian Embassy in Madrid, I work at the intersection of diplomacy, cultural exchange, and policy analysis. My background in cultural studies and political science, combined with my experience in international cooperation and interdisciplinary research, enables me to concisely analyze bilateral relations and multilateral dynamics in international politics, as well as design and implement projects and initiatives that foster intercultural dialogue and understanding. Having studied arts, culture, and European affairs across several countries, including as part of the Erasmus Mundus Master’s Programme “Euroculture,” I believe that culture is not only a reflection of our societies but also a powerful tool for shaping them. Through cultural diplomacy, I seek to promote mutual understanding and contribute to a more peaceful and inclusive Europe. Previously, I collaborated on international cultural projects involving artists from Austria, Mexico, and Germany, and gained hands-on experience organizing major events such as the German Film Festival in Mexico City. These experiences continue to inspire my commitment to building bridges through culture, policy, and multilingual communication. “Peace cannot be kept by force; it can only be achieved by understanding.” – Albert Einstein
