Most executives have either built something, fixed something, or sold something. I have done all three — twice. Over 25 years in healthcare technology, I built the productization strategy for a struggling predictive analytics company and sold it at 12× revenue. I rebuilt a fragmented patient experience division and divested it at 2× revenue to the market leader. I led a turnaround that reversed two years of flat growth and grew a $67M division to $74M in 18 months. That track record is the product of a specific belief: transformation is fundamentally a people problem dressed in a business problem's clothing. Strategy without buy-in is just paper.
