• Technical supervision of a 19-person maintenance crew consisting of pipefitters, millwrights, inspectors, and planners. • Responsible for maintenance execution in two production units that manufactures approximately 450 kilotons of finished product annually. • Financial stewardship of a $6,000,000 maintenance budget to ensure reliable operation of equipment. • Provide technical expertise to the Capital Projects department to ensure new projects adhere to facility specifications. • Provide technical expertise to maintenance and production personnel on heat exchangers, pumps, storage tanks, and low-pressure reactors with agitators. • Lead the MOC process for mechanical upgrades. • Perform safety audits of maintenance staff and outside contractors to encourage a “safety-first” culture.
• Leader of an OSHA machine guarding project at client's site. • Develop work scopes, project estimates, and proposals. • Manage the workload and efficiency of engineers and designers. • Maintain project budgets and schedules. • Check all project documents prior to issuing for approval and construction. P&ID development. Sizing and selection of control valves. Working knowledge of CAD.
