Leading Talent Acquisition for Nokia’s Network Infrastructure segment, specialising in the high-stakes R&D landscape for IP, Fixed, and Optical Networks - building the future of connectivity at Nokia. Global Scope: Driving recruitment strategy across the Americas, Europe, and India. Scale & Complexity: Managing a pipeline of 3,000 annual hires, ranging from high-volume growth to highly niche, "hard-to-fill" R&D positions that require deep technical expertise. Mission: Sourcing the specialised engineering talent necessary to power the world’s most advanced digital foundations.
Oversight of technical recruitment for all direct hires across EMEA and APAC, which includes R&D locations in Finland, Sweden, Germany, and Portugal. I manage a team of recruiters and cover all of Infinera's business functions, including Systems & Subsystems Engineering, PLM, Sales, Services, Operations & Manufacturing, and Commercial. My team are responsible for hiring 200+ employees per year, including experienced professionals, early-career hires, university graduates, interns, and contractors. I partner with the business to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and achieve time-to-hire, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and hiring cost targets. I have worked on a global process improvement project for recruitment using Six Sigma methodology.
