With over 10 years’ experience in the telecoms industry, I’ve worked across both enterprise and high-growth SME environments, supporting organisations from global brands to founder-led businesses - giving me the ability to bring enterprise-grade thinking into SME realities. Much of my experience comes from stepping into fast-growing, complex environments often where systems “work” but are fragile & inefficient.
