Project Manager in the Office of the Director of Public Works and City Representative on High Speed Rail Phase 2 rehabilitation of the Sacramento Valley Station and Intermodal Phase 3 project development. Current Phase 2 Intermodal (SVS-2) Sacramento Valley Station rehabilitation is funded with a $30 million grant TIGER IV grant with 50% local matching funds from local sources.
Duties of the Urban Design Manager include the the oversight Design Review and Preservation Review and holds the position of Design Director. Concurrently will maintain position as Project Manager for the Phase 2 rehabilitation of the Sacramento Valley Station. Sacramento Valley Station - Phase 2 Intermodal (SVS-2) with Sacramento Dept. of Public Works. SVS-2 is a $30 million rehabilitation project funded with a $15 million TIGER IV grant the City received and the balance with matching funds from local and state sources.
Co--lead on River District Specific Plan and Design Guidelines (adoption Jan 2011); project manager on Central City Urban Design Guidelines update (Adopted 2009); Sacramento Railyards Specific Plan Design Guildelines-City lead (Adopted 2007)
