With a BSc in Quantity Surveying from Northumbria University and seven years of experience in the construction industry, I am a skilled and motivated Development and Delivery Manager at Home Group. I lead on a range of Development and Delivery services, focusing on new build rented and private schemes across London, with a focus on residential and healthcare sectors. In my current role, I source, appraise and bid on sites, negotiate contracts with developers, and oversee the delivery of high-quality new build housing from the client perspective. I collaborate and manage multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, to ensure the build integrity, specification, cost, and contract analysis of each project. I am also an RICS APC Candidate on the Residential pathway, aiming to become chartered in 2025 .
