Greg is a Partner in CFGI’s Accounting Advisory practice and leads CFGI’s UK firm. Greg has over 15 years of experience providing accounting, auditing, management advisory and transactional services to public and private companies in both the UK and the US. Prior to CFGI, Greg was a director in EY’s Assurance group, providing audit and assurance services across multiple industries for clients of varying sizes. Greg has extensive experience with UK premium and US SEC listed companies and has led and coordinated large engagement teams across multiple jurisdictions. Greg has advised clients on complex technical accounting issues including revenue recognition, business combinations and leases. Greg has provided assurance services in respect of carve-out transactions, IPOs, restructurings and buy / sell side transactions under both IFRS and US GAAP. Greg is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Scotland (ICAS). He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Financial Management from Loughborough University as well as a diploma in Professional Studies.
